• All sales are final

• No refunds or cancellations are provided once access has been granted

This applies to:

• Recorded programs

• Online courses

• Digital downloads

• Workshop recordings

• Memberships

• Live Sessions

Refunds, if applicable, are issued only in cases of:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical errors preventing access (and unresolved despite support)

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
